| During a practice assault landing at Cam Ranh Bay a Provider crashed on the approach when a flap hinge broke causing the aircraft to roll uncontrollably. The aircraft fell into the sea just short of Cam Ranh Bay’s runway and only the loadmaster survived the accident. |
